The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for work and relaxation. The hotel is located in a prime area, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. The pool and whirlpool on the 12th floor offered a relaxing retreat after a long day of meetings.

Heating control was not functioning properly.

The room was super spacious with a comfy layout, cool hardwood floors, and plush carpet by the beds. Loved the skyline view from the 8th floor. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The indoor pool had a beautiful view and the whirlpool was a relaxing spot to chill. Great location close to everything, and the staff was really nice!

The King Room had a lovely terrace that added a nice touch to our stay.

I had a lovely stay with spacious rooms that were clean and well-equipped. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were attentive and accommodating, helping us with our needs throughout our visit. However, the dining options were a bit pricey, which could be improved.

I loved being just a short walk away from the stunning Notre-Dame Basilica and the vibrant Underground City, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable during my stay.

The stay was nice, especially the super clean room and the breakfast spread that was worth waking up for. We loved lounging by the indoor pool and relaxing in the sauna after a long day. Just a heads up, our room didn’t get cleaned as expected, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊

During my stay, I was quite disappointed with the speed of service in the lobby restaurant. My colleague waited a staggering 25 minutes just to pick up a yogurt cup from the fridge. This delay caused us to be late every morning, negatively affecting our plans for the day, and it left a sour note on what could have been a wonderful experience at the hotel.

The corner windows in the nicer room offer a decent view and provide good natural light. The room itself is spacious enough for a group to relax and catch up after a long day.

The setup of the bathroom facilities is something I’d truly question—having the shower, toilet, and sink in different locations cranks up the discomfort level. The noise from the street seeped in through the windows, making sleep a bit of a challenge at night. Also, the breakfast quality seemed to decline. the bread felt stale and the coffee lacked flavor. Lastly, the elevators were out during my stay, which added an unexpected delay.
